Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 you may seek a refund if goods:
• are or become faulty through no fault of your own
• are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff
• don’t match our description or sample
• have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.
Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
If you wish to cancel any service with us, get in touch. We will cancel the service immediately. There are no pro-rate refunds available.
Once a service has been rendered and invoice delivered, there are no refunds available. If there are any issues with the service delivered, please contact us immediately so that it can be rectified for you.
Unfortunately, there are no returns or refunds on domain name purchases. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are aware of and comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant naming authority. The only circumstance in which Melbourne Systems will refund a registration fee is if the registration was performed by one of Melbourne Systems staff and was mistyped.
